    Episode 2

    Dance your booty off with our amazing team of divas, lead by non other than our Rockette Rockstar Sam. You don't need any equipment to get your boogie on and work your booty off, and don't worry this workout is great for all levels, even beginners!

  • You Can Can

    Episode 3

    Grab your weights or cans to lift and tone with Taylor, in this under 30 minute, total body Get Lifted class.

  • Lift Me Up

    Join Taylor and her cheetah girls for this 30 minute total body workout. All you need is one set of medium to heavy weights to feel the burn...and consider yourself warned, you're going to feel this one!
