  • Dancing Queen

    Episode 2

    Get your dance on with our little dancing Queen Dana, and her partner in crime Jacey. Dana will have you tapping into you inner diva, and you won't even have to be drunk to get there! Jacey is learning these routines for the first time too, so no worries if you are tuning in as a newbie!

  • Totally Pumped

    Episode 3

    Get a total body pump with Crizzle and her girl Purdie, Train Jane style. Grab a set of weights and lift, squat, and sweat your way through this fun full body workout.

  • Don't Fear The Dance

    Episode 4

    Jacey and Dani don't want you to be scared by the D word...DANCE that is. So they team up to break it down and remind you to have fun while DOing it, Dance Your A$$ Off style. These two will have you busting a move and busting a gut at the same time.

  • Burn Baby Burn

    Get your booty burning and your hamstrings humming in our lower body workout with Jacey and Dani. This workout is designed to work your glutes from every angle, so that when all is said and done, you could bounce a quarter off your backside. All you need is one heavy weight (optional).
