    Episode 1

    Join Dani D and Purdie for a dance cardio party where they push, slap, and shake it up. No equipment is needed to get your groove on with these two babes, all you need to bring is your energy and your badassery.

  • Dream Team Get Lifted

    Episode 2

    Join dream team, Dana and Crizzle as they lift you up and work you out! These two will have you begging for mercy in this total body, loop resistance band, cardio free burn. This workout is low impact, so it's nice to your joints, but high intensity, so get ready to work!

  • Dancing With The Band

    Episode 3

    Dani D and Cristin will get your heart rate pumping in this 30 minute Dance Your Ass Off class. Grab your loop band to use for an additional burn. You will be challenged by some new routines and get to DO some old ones that you know and love.

  • Lift Your A$$ & Spirit

    Episode 4

    Dani G leaves no muscle untouched in her total body Get Lifted class that will work you from head to toe in under 45 minutes. So grab your circle band and one heavy weight to get toned in no time.

  • Insane for the Jane

    Episode 5

    You may want to grab your water bottle and a towel, because Dana is bringing the heat with this total body 45 minute Train Jane class. Grab a set of weights and a mat to get your entire body toned and sweaty!
