Breakfast on the go, this overnight oat recipe will fuel you all day.
Milk of Your Choice (enough to cover your oats)
Sweetener (We used maple syrup, but you can use agave, honey brown sugar, etc.)
3/4 Cup of Blueberries
2 Tbsp Chopped Walnuts
3 Tbsp Coconut flakes
1/2 Cup Old Fashioned Oats
Cinnamon to Taste
First put your old fashioned oats in your jar then over it with your milk by about 1 inch. Add all your other ingredients and shake or mix it up. Pop it in the refrigerator overnight, and Voila! By the morning you have a delicious and nutritious breakfast.
