This quick and simple rotisserie buffalo chicken pizza will be a fam fav because it's quick and easy and fun to make, so even the kiddos can help out. You will need:
1 pre-cooked Pizza Crust of your choice (you can use a raw or frozen crust, just make sure to follow the directions)
1 Rotisserie Chicken
1 Cup of Cheese (your choice)
2-3 Stalks of Celery
1/2 Red Onion
Fav Buffalo Sauce
Shred the chicken and add buffalo sauce to taste. Top your pizza crust (if it is already cooked) with chicken and cheese. Pop that in the oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes. While that is cooking, finely chop your onion and celery. Remove you pizza from the heat, top with your veggies, and dig in!
