You don't have to be Italian to become addicted to this delicious vodka sauce. Pair it with some cutlets or eat by itself by the spoonful, we won't judge.
Pasta of choice
1/2 Cup Vodka
1 Can of Peeled Tomatoes
1 Onion
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1/4 Cup Cream
Garlic
1/2 Tsp Oregano
1/2 Tsp Red Pepper Flakes
3 Tbsp Olive Oil
Chop and sauté your onion in your oil until they are translucent. Add your garlic, oregano and red pepper flakes to your onions. Add your vodka and cook it down for 5-7 minutes. Add your tomatoes, by crushing them in your hands over the pot then dumping them into the pot. Once thats all mixed together add the cream and cheese Salt & pepper to taste and let simmer for another 15 minuets or so. Combine with your pasta and enjoy!
