These Jersey Girls (we know we know Jacey isn't from Jersey!) love a good fried chicken cutlet. This is one of Dani D's staples and pair nicely with pasta, salad, or taste great on their own!
What you need:
Chicken Cutlets (or breasts that you cut into thin cutlets)
1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
Salt & Pepper
Whisk up your eggs in a shallow dish large enough to fit your chicken. Salt & pepper your chicken then dip in egg bath. Transfer your chicken over to the bread crumbs and coat liberally. Add your oil to the stove top and get it nice and hot. Fry your chicken on medium high heat until your bread crumbs are browned and you've reached an internal temperature of at least 165 degrees. These cutlets pair nicely with pasta, salad, or taste great on their own!
