I Yam what I Yam, and these are the sweetest sweet potato fries you've ever made!
2 lbs Sweet Potato
1/4 tbsp Cumin
2 tbsp Canola or Olive Oil
Clean, peel, and slice your sweet pots. In a bowl mix your sweet pots with your oil, cumin, and salt to taste then spread out on a foiled baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-20 mins flip then bake for another 15-20 mins.
