  • Dance The Night Away

    Join our dancing queen herself, Dani D for this Dance Your A$$ Off, total body dance cardio class. In less than 30 minutes, she will have you movin' and groovin' so hard, you will forget you aren't in the club!

  • Jacey's Move and Groove

    It doesn't take more than 30 mins to get a sweat on in this Dance Your A$$ Off workout with our boss babe Jacey. She will show you exactly what we mean when we say strong is sexy!

  • Jump Around

    Jump around with your favorite founding sisters, Dani D and Jacey in this trampoline cardio class. Other than your rebounder, there is no additional equipment necessary. So jump off the couch and let's DO this.

  • Burn It Up

    Burn it up with rockstar Taylor in our under 30 minute total body, low impact mat class. You only need one heavy weight and a mat (or towel) to burn up your whole body, like never before.

  • Lift It Up

    Lift it up with Jacey and her girl gang in this total body low impact class. No matter your current fitness level or what your goal, this class is designed to strengthen, tone, and lift you from head to toe. No equipment necessary.

  • Girl Gang's HIIT Harder

    Get to HIITing with Taylor's boot camp style, total body Train Jane class. She brought her whole crew to sweat it out with you, so not only will you be working hard, you'll be hanging out with your girls at the same time. You'll need a set of medium to heavy weights to get the best burn.

  • Step into Style

    Step into style with the cardio queen herself, Dani. She will have you stepping it up and rocking it out in her under 30 minute step cardio workout. Other than your step, there is no equipment necessary.

  • Dancer's Delight

    We all start somwhere, so get started dancing with Cristin, in this beginner dancer's delight. She will break it down, so that you can dance it up! No equipment necessary.

  • Bring the Fire

    Get red hot with Taylor's boot camp style, total body Train Jane class. Grab your heavy weights, a circle band and get to building that fire from within. No weights, no band, NO problem!

  • Dancing Queen

    Get your dance on with our little dancing Queen Dana, and her partner in crime Jacey. Dana will have you tapping into you inner diva, and you won't even have to be drunk to get there! Jacey is learning these routines for the first time too, so no worries if you are tuning in as a newbie!

  • Totally Pumped

    Get a total body pump with Crizzle and her girl Purdie, Train Jane style. Grab a set of weights and lift, squat, and sweat your way through this fun full body workout.

  • Doozy it All

    Grab your heavy set of weights for this doozy of a totally body Train Jane workout. Taylor, Jacey, and Danielle will rock you from head to toe and left no muscle group left behind! This workout is high impact and high intensity, so kick it into high gear!

  • Find your Strength

    Find your strength with your favorite bada$$ Taylor. All you need is a set of light weights (our team is using 3lbs). So sit back and let Taylor guide through our total body, low impact, get lifted workout.

    Join Dani D and Purdie for a dance cardio party where they push, slap, and shake it up. No equipment is needed to get your groove on with these two babes, all you need to bring is your energy and your badassery.

  • You Gotta Lift It Before You Kick It

    Join Crizzle and Jacey for this under 45 minute low impact Get Lifted workout. This is a great place to start if you are new to the Jane family, or if you are focusing on strength for this workout. Jace and Cris will work your entire body and perfect your form while growing stronger with you.

    Dani D and Cristin will get your heart rate pumping in this 30 minute Dance Your Ass Off class. Grab your loop band to use for an additional burn. You will be challenged by some new routines and get to DO some old ones that you know and love.

  • Smiling Through the Steps

    Smile through the pain with Dana and her crew in this total body Step it Up class. Other than your step, you don't need any other equipment. A light set of hand weights is optional. And a good time with your girls is required!
