1lb Turkey Meat
1/4 cup Breadcrumbs
1Tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
Salt & Pepper to taste
Combine all your ingredients in a bowl. Pinch off about 4oz of meat into a patty (the size of your palm). And fry them up in a greased pan. You can eat these with a bun, in a salad, or on their own.
